Dirk Benedict cured himself of prostate cancer
Dirk Benedict is an American movie, television and stage actor, known for playing the characters Lieutenant Templeton “Faceman” Peck in The A-Team television series and Lieutenant Starbuck in the original Battlestar Galactica film and television series.
In 1975, Benedict was diagnosed with prostate cancer. He rented a cottage and chose a life of seclusion and decided to commit to a macrobiotic diet and physical training along with fasting instead of going for the operation. He published a book on his experience called Confessions of a Kamikaze Cowboy to give more public awareness to the alternative treatment.
Maintaining a healthy lifestyle and diet is one of the keys to preventing prostate cancer.
Help spread the awareness of early diagnosis. Please donate your unwanted vehicle to the Prostate Cancer Awareness Project today.
